Our technical support team is committed to providing superior support, and is available Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5 pm Mountain Standard Time. We typically answer inquiries within a few hours, and within one business day at most.

Chat Support
Live Online Chat is available for Sales and Support purposes by using the chat widget in the bottom right of the administration dashboard or from our Help Center, 8am-5pm M-F. If we are offline and you leave a message a Ticket will be created in our system. We will follow up as soon as possible the following business day.

This system allows us to provide the best support and customer service to all of our users, and ensures that your request is handled as quickly as possible. It is also important for security reasons that we have a case on file for any support related issues.

24/7 Support
Emergency support is available on a paid basis. This should be used outside of office hours, during your events should you run into system issues. For emergency 24/7 support, please call (888) 436-1999, 900. You will be charged for this call, so please be sure this is an emergency system issue before placing your call!
