If you are not getting the expected results on a web page that you are expecting, you may need to clear your cache and/or cookies.
In most computer-based web browsers, to open menus used to clear your cache or cookies, you can press Ctrl-Shift-Delete (Windows based) or Command-Shift-Delete (Mac based). If you don’t see the menu bar in Firefox, press Alt.
If this doesn’t work, search your browser’s Help menu for “clear cache”.
If you’re unsure what browser version you’re using, from the Help menu or your browser’s menu, select About.
