Donation pages can be created to accept one-time, recurring, and tribute donations. Organizations have the option to set up and run as many donation pages as needed, and unlike Campaigns, Donations pages do not expire or end. You can create separate donation pages for different promotional activities run by your organization to simplify tracking for each of your fundraising endeavors.
Managing Donation Pages
- Click on Settings -> Donation Pages from the main menu on the left.
- Click Create Donation Page at the top right to create a new page, or Click the Title of an existing Donation page to edit the configuration.
Basics page
- Create a Title and add a Description for your Donation Page.
- Upload a Banner image. Suggested size: 1920x560px

Create Preset Donation Amounts to encourage your donors to give more. Presets can be configured with the following options.
- Image
- Title
- Description
- If you like, you can Create Fund Allocation options to let donors choose how their donations are used.

Personalize your Donation page link to something easily recognizable to your donors unique to your cause.
- You can also choose to create a QR code for your page.

- Click Next to advance to the Checkout page. If there are any issues, the system will prompt you to fix it before proceeding.
Checkout page
- Select your currency if you want to use something different than the Primary Currency set in your Payment Processing options.
- Choose to add Checks as a Payment method in addition to Credit Cards. When checks are enabled, you will be required to add a check mailing address.
- Customize the thank you section on receipts by adding a Subject line and editing the body text as needed.
- Checkout customization options to allow donors to dedicate their donation to someone or to Set donation limits.
- If you like, you can Add an opt-in checkbox to checkout allowing donors to opt in to a mailing list or similar.
- If you like, you can choose to enable Promote your Donation Page with text-to-give. Learn more here.
- Collect additional information from donors such as mailing address or phone number.
- You can also add Custom fields to collect information from donors during checkout.
- Fees – Choose a Pricing Option for the Campaign cost. Free with optional tips from the donor, or 1.9% of total amount raised.
- Click Next to advance to the Options page. If there are any issues, the system will prompt you to fix it before proceeding.
Options page
- Select your time zone
- Customize the Donation Page Terminology
- Allow donors to make recurring donations – Select the default recurring donation frequency or let the donor choose their own.
- Recurring Donation Upsell – Convert one-time donations into recurring donations by suggesting that donors give in smaller amounts. For example, if a donor wants to give a $100 one-time donation, you can suggest that they give a $25 monthly donation instead.
- Customize donor privacy options – Allow donors to donation anonymously, or hide their email address from the organization.
- Add a fund code to each transaction – Exported donor data will include the fund code for easy reference in your accounting system.
- Add Email notifications – to direct the Contact Organizer emails to or to Get notifications about new donors and donations.
- Customize how donations appear on donors’ bank statements
- You can choose to Display a notice during checkout with an option to require donors to acknowledge that they have read the notice.
- Add FAQs to answer most common questions about your cause.
- Click Save in the upper right to guard your settings.
Preview
Click the Preview button at the bottom of the page to see your Donation Page before you Publish it. If there are any issues, the system will prompt you to fix it before proceeding. All test can be made in Draft mode before you publish.
Go Live
When you are completely happy with the Preview of your Donation page, click the Go Live button to go live.
Good to know
- While completing the setup process, you can click Preview at the bottom of the page to see how the page is progressing.
- Donation pages will be live and ready to take donations immediately after publishing.
- You can manage your donation pages by clicking Donations Pages in the left sidebar.
- Donations pages are not managed under Campaigns, and are in no way connected to any Campaign.
