Learn how to update your organization’s profile information.
A description and logo of your organization will appear under the ‘Meet the Organization’ section on fundraising Campaigns. Once donations are received, this section will update to ‘Donations Will Benefit.’
Including information about your organization is a great way to inform donors about who is receiving their donations. This can provide a comfort level for donors, as it shows that their funds are being donated to a legitimate organization.
There are two places where this information can be managed. From the Organizational level, meaning it will be the information pre-filled for all Campaigns. Then, it can also be edited for each Campaign.
The “Donations will benefit” verbiage will change to “Meet the organization” once the organization profile has been filled out.
Edit your Organization’s Profile
- In the Settings section, click Profile from the left menu.
- Enter your organization’s logo and description. Include videos and links to your social media profiles here as well.
- Click Save at the top right of the page.
Customize the Receipt Text

Edit in the Campaign
- Go to Campaigns in the left menu.
- If you have chosen a list view, click on the Title of your Campaign. If you have chosen a grid view, click on the Campaign image.
- Click Campaign Setup*.
- Click on Page Design in the timeline at the top.
- Find the box below to enter your organization’s logo, description. You can include videos and links to your social media profiles as well.
- Click Save in the upper right of the page.
