Our expert review covers all aspects of your fundraiser, starting at the organizational level. We’ll verify your approval to fundraise on our platform, check branding and domain consistency, and ensure your payment processing is seamlessly connected to your DoJiggy account. At the Campaign level, we review selected components to ensure they are correct and compatible, such as ensuring there’s no mix-up between Athon and crowdfunding elements. We also verify the accuracy of Athon activity details or sweepstakes’ official rules, pricing selections, and basic page design elements.
How to Request a Review
Simply submit a support request asking for a free campaign review before you go live with your next Campaign. We’ll return a written review of our observations within one to two business days.
Organizational Level Settings We Check
We’ll check the following settings for your organization:
- Ensure your organization has been approved to fundraise on our platform
- Verify organization display name and logo
- Check branding and domain
- Check email branding
- Payment processing – Ensure Stripe or PayPal is connected properly
Campaign Level Settings We Check
We’ll check the following settings for your fundraiser:
- Are selected components correct and compatible – ie, no Athon and crowdfunding mixed
- Sweepstakes official rules are complete and correct
- Check pricing selection
- For DoJiggy-a-thons, check the Athon activity for validity (i.e. laps, miles etc.)
- Basic page design and images
- Check the Campaign custom link and make a suggestion if not used
- Suggest Text to Give if not enabled (US campaigns)
- Check Call to Action buttons and tabs for the best labels
- Review the General Donations option and end date.
- Check for preset donation amounts
- Are registrations and sales correctly designated?
- Check Public vs. Private registrations
- Check Required information selections
- Look for descriptive text in registrations to help participants
- No Dinner tickets mixed with registrations (for golf and similar events)
- Check Terminology for accuracy for the type of campaign
