Adding Auction Items

Learn how to add an unlimited number of Auction Items and put them into categories.

Adding Items

1. Click Campaigns in the left menu.
2. If you have chosen the list view, click on the Title of your Campaign. If you have selected the grid view, click on the Campaign image.
3. Click Auction Setup*
4. Click on the Auction page
5. Scroll down and find the section Add auction items
6. Click Create an Item
7. Click Save in the item, then Save in the upper right of the page.

When adding auction items, the following information is gathered

Pro Tip – If you add categories first, you will be able to easily assign auction items to your categories.

• Name of the item
• Image of the item – suggested size 1480x1000px.
• The starting bid
• Bid increment – the amount over the current high bid that someone must enter in order to become the next high bidder.
• Buy It Now – Buy It Now adds a purchase option to this item in addition to the standard bidding option.
• Item Description – Additional images can be added here.
• Item Category (if enabled)
• Unique sharing link (optional)
• Tax receipt options – The fair market value you enter for an item will display on the winner’s receipt for their payment.

• More than one of these items are available.
• Hide this item from the Auction page – This option allows you to hide an item from public view on your Auction Page.

Tax Receipt Options include the Fair Market Value. You can also add a Quantity Available if more than one item is available.
