What is the Customer Portal and how do I login?
Answer
The Customer Portal is a dashboard where you can access orders, subscriptions, address and payment information. This dashboard is not the same and does not have the same login as your website administration dashboard. The Customer Portal only relates to Orders and Subscriptions concerning the purchases of Licenses required for our website services. This includes annual and monthly subscriptions, additional participant licenses, transaction fees and SSL Certificates.
Customer Portal Login
There are a number of ways to access the Customer Portal
- Account -> (in the upper right) Billing Information.
- Help->Licenses, then click the Order History button.
- Order & Renew page - Click the Login button from the DoJiggy ordering page
