Today we released the update to the main navigation menu on the left to be easier and more pleasant to use and navigate through the application. To access the menu, all you must do is hover over the icons while in the ribbon state, and the menu automatically shows in full. All the elements in the old menu still exist within this new one; they have just been repositioned to better suit your needs.
Main Navigation Menu
At the top of the menu is the Start Guide which focuses on getting you ready to raise funds. Below that are the Campaign and Donation page management buttons.
- Campaigns – Opens a list of all the organizations Campaigns that can be seen in a grid/image view or row view. Create or Manage Your Campaigns
- Donation Pages – Opens the Donations page management area. This area also shows a list of Donation pages that have been created. Donation Pages
Below the main navigational items, we have two secondary navigational items:
- Help Center – The Help Center button takes the user to the DoJiggy Knowledge Base.

Settings – The Settings button opens several sub-items:
- Branding
- Profile
- Payment Processing
- Integrations – Zapier, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics
- User Management
Each of these options was included on the old left menu. They have been positioned here since they are less commonly used after initial setup and fit under their organization’s ‘Settings’ category.
Lastly, at the bottom of the new left menu, we have the Administration navigational element that takes administrators to the admin section of the application. If the user has multiple Organizations, a ”Switch Organization” option will also appear below this.
Campaign Status & Buttons
The Campaign Setup area has gotten a few new items as well.

Status indicator – The Title of the Campaign now has an indicator showing the current status.
- View Page – A link to the Campaign that opens in a new browser window.
- Save – Save all changed that you have made.
