How to Search for an Attendee’s Access Codes for Your Virtual Livestream Event

If an attendee has purchased an event ticket but can’t locate their access code, they can contact your team through the ‘ Contact Organizer’ button on your fundraiser page. You will receive an email with their request.

How to locate an event access code

1. Click on Campaigns in the left menu.
2. If you have chosen a list view, click on the Campaign Title. If you have chosen a grid view, click on the Campaign Image.
3. Click View Event Registrations*.
4. Search for the attendee and locate their access code as shown below.
