Manage your Donor Feed by editing or removing the comments left by donors.
Allowing donors to leave comments when they donate is an excellent way for donors to share their excitement and engage with your cause. That said, sometimes, you may need to edit or remove some of the comments you receive.
Before You Begin
- If you don’t want to monitor donor comments manually, you can disable them for any reason, even if your Campaign is already live. Learn how in the following Knowledge Base article. Can I remove the ability for donors to leave comments on my fundraising page?
Edit or remove a specific donor comment
- Go to Campaigns in the left menu.
- If you have chosen list view, click on the Title of your Campaign. If you have chosen grid view, click on the Campaign image.
- Click on View Donations*.
- Find the contribution associated with the comment you want to edit, then click the 3 dot icon on the left.
- Click View Transaction Confirmation.
- Edit the comment at the top of the receipt. Then, click the Save button to apply the changes.
*Note that the terminology on these buttons may be different according to the terminology that you’ve created for your Campaign.
