If you need to cancel your fundraiser, simply get in touch with a Campaign Specialist at support@dojiggy.com. You can also send us a message via Chat / Support (located at the lower righthand corner of this window).
If you just want to prematurely end your Campaign to make necessary changes that are not permitted with a published Campaign, you can do that simply by changing the end date of the event to a time in the near future.
Good to know about cancelling a Campaign:
- If you need to cancel a raffle Campaign, please contact us directly at support@dojiggy.com to ensure you comply with all legal requirements and DoJiggy’s Terms of Service.
- Contact your donors before issuing any refunds. Your supporters may want you to keep their Donations despite the Campaign cancellation, so it’s a good idea to let them know about your plans to cancel and ask their preference.
- Consider postponing or freezing your Campaign instead of cancelling it altogether. You can always change your Campaign dates as long as your Campaign is still running.
- Once a Campaign is cancelled, you will not be able to restart the Campaign. You can make a new Campaign by copying your Campaign or starting a new one.
