When choosing a custom print item such as Postcard Mailers, you will be asked to upload a .csv file with the required information for mailing. In this way, your custom print items will be shipped to you ready to mail with no need to manually enter address data for your supporters. A CSV template is provided, making this job easier.
Mail merge is available for postcard mailers and envelopes. Envelopes are available in various sizes and appropriate for invitations, tickets and other items.

A pop up module will open with information and instructions about the file requirements.
Upload or Select a CSV File (Required for this Template)
If this is your first time, we suggest following the link at the bottom of the box to Download Sample CSV File the modify this as necessary.
NOTE: Do not change or delete the header, or columns, just leave the field blank if it does not apply.
- Use the format shown below for your spreadsheet. Please make sure to label each column correctly.
- You can save an Excel spreadsheet as a CSV File by using the “Save As” menu item and changing the file type to CSV.
- Or you can select a previously saved CSV file from your account.
Once you have your CSV file prepared and saved, click the Upload New CSV File button, then navigate to your Comma-Separated Values (.csv) file.
After you have selected the file, a new pop up module will open so that you can Review your List.
Review Your List
- Please select items for preview and check your proof images carefully to confirm all information is correct.
- Select one row below to preview your product with.
Click the Save CSV button to upload the file to the mailer.
You can Edit or Remove the list if necessary.
