The team has removed the Calculate Amount Raised option for a-thons.
This is no longer needed now that we calculate the amount raised for a-thons as the Campaign progresses.
The only requirement is that you MUST add activity for the participants in order for the system to have something to calculate when they receive per unit pledges.
