Learn about Zapier, what it is, and how to use it to connect your DoJiggy Fundraising Campaigns to 4000+ apps to automate your work so you can move on to more important things.
What is Zapier?
Zapier is an online automation tool that connects DoJiggy with your other favorite apps and websites to automate daily tasks and make your life easier.
A Zap is the word used for the automated workflows users set up with Zapier. Zaps are easily created or copied and allow actions that happen in DoJiggy to kick off automated activities in other applications your nonprofit organization already uses so you can build it your way without writing code.
A Zap is made of two parts – a trigger and an action. DoJiggy has created the triggers, now you create the actions that you want to automate, based on these triggers.

How to Use Zapier
You need to be a DoJiggy account administrator to connect DoJiggy to Zapier.
We have created a number of Zapier templates to make it simple to automate the most common actions that nonprofits need. Most of these templates create a connection between DoJiggy and popular CRMs (such as SalesForce, NeonCRM, Bloomerang and others), so that your donations and donors can automatically be uploaded to your CRM of choice. A template includes the trigger on your DoJiggy website as well as the desired action in a specific app. Templates make the Zap process easier to implement since the trigger and action are already defined.
- Go to the Zapier – DoJiggy Integrations webpage to find all of our Integrations and Step-by-Step instructions of how to pair with an app.
- Click on the app you want to pair with and follow each step to create your own, unique connection from Dojiggy to your favorite app or tool.
- Scroll through the Triggers in the “When this happens…” section and then choose an Action in the “automatically do this!” area.
- Click the “Connect DoJiggy + your app” button and follow the easy online step by step instructions.
NOTE: If your account does not have any data for the Zap, sample data will be added.
