Find out how to get a list of all ticket numbers sold so that you can draw your raffle winners.
If you’re drawing your raffle winner manually (without using DoJiggy’s drawing system), you’ll likely need to get a list of all the ticket numbers that were sold. This will allow you to draw your winners in any way you see fit.
Follow these simple steps:
- Go to Campaigns in the left menu.
- If you have chosen list view, click on the Title of the Campaign. If you have chosen grid view, click on the Campaign image.
- Click on VIEW RAFFLE ENTRIES*.
- Click EXPORT ENTRIES in the lower-left corner.
You’ll now have a spreadsheet containing everything you need to draw your winners.
*Note: This page may be titled differently depending on how you’ve set up your Campaign.
