March 2024: We are discontinuing renewals of Golf Pro and Events Pro subscriptions, and all clients will be moved to our new fundraising platform. If you wish to stay on the current platform for this year, please renew your subscription before April 30, 2024.
Please note that this move represents a significant change for current clients. There are several actions you need to take to make the move possible.
Registering Your Organization
DoJiggy will migrate your organization’s data to the new platform as part of the migration. An email will be sent asking the previous administrator to join your organization account and create your tournament website. If you did not receive this invitation or you are the new administrator for your organization, please register your organization or contact us for assistance.
Once you are logged into the new platform, you can start with our golf tournament template.
The login information on the new platform will be as follows:
- Login here: https://go.dojiggy.io/account/profile/signin
- Username: The email address where you receive your notification
- Password: All new accounts created in March 2024 will use the temporary password = Migrate99
Adding the Golf Experience
- Once you are logged in, go to Experiences in the main menu on the left
- Click the NEW EXPERIENCE button
- Click the Browse all templates -> link at the bottom
- From the template menu, click on Golf Tournaments then choose the template that best fits your event.
- Golf Tournament – Just the basics, register individual golfers and group registrations, accept general donations.
- Golf Tournament with Sponsorship Sales – Individual golfer and group registrations, sell sponsorship packages and accept general donations.
- Golf Marathon (also called golf-a-thons or 100 holes of golf) – Golfers register to raise money for your organization via personal fundraising pages.
- Continue through the setup until all steps have been completed.
- Click the Test Experience and put it through the works. Can I make test donations and registrations before I publish my Experience?
Adding Sporting Clays Experience
- Once you are logged in, go to Experiences in the main menu on the left
- Click the NEW EXPERIENCE button
- Click the Browse all templates -> link at the bottom
- From the template menu, click on Peer-to-peer then choose the Sporting Clay Shoot template
- Continue through the setup until all steps have been completed.
- Click the Test Experience and put it through the works. Can I make test donations and registrations before I publish my Experience?
Important Considerations for Current Clients
- Organizations will be automatically verified on the new system. This is a simple process that is only done one time when you start on the new system. Verification removes the risk of fraud on our system and keeps your organization’s reputation secure. Let us know that you have signed up on the new platform, and we will verify your organization.
- Organizations must use Stripe for payment processing. You will need to create a new account or link an existing Stripe account to DoJiggy. We are working with PayPal on integration and hope to offer this option in the near future. Authorize.net will no longer be supported.
- Organizations will need to download all reports and data from the current system before site expiration. The new system will not include any data from your past tournaments or events.
- The system has been streamlined and is easy to set up and maintain, but some features are no longer available or limited in nature. Please let us know if you cannot find what you are looking for, and we will work with you.
- Your website URL will change. We are happy to forward your old website URL to your new address upon request.

Licensing and Pricing Changes
There are no subscription fees or periods on the new platform. All active client accounts will be maintained.
The new platform charges a percentage of credit card sales or offers a free option with an optional tipping method for donors. Organizations have the option to pass the fee on to users with the tip method, making the system completely free for organizations.
