How do I email my volunteers?

You wish to send an email to all the volunteers entered in your system.

Your website comes with a built-in bulk email system that allows you to easily email event registrants, volunteers, captains, sponsors, prospects, etc.

To send an email to all Volunteers, please follow these instructions:

  1. Go to Email -> Compose.
  2. Select Volunteers from the pull-down in the To: field.
  3. Enter your message and hit the 'Preview' button to review the message.
  4. Hit the 'SEND' button when you are ready.

Also, when volunteers register on your website, they will receive a welcome email. This email (called Welcome Email Volunteer) can be customized from Email -> Templates.
