Disabling Automatic Sign-In

If you are being automatically signed into your Admin Account, you may have enabled either a password-storing feature in your browser, or the DoJiggy admin option to "Stay signed in." This can be a problem if you change a password or wish to manage multiple accounts.

To check if the "Stay signed in" option is enabled, visit the DoJiggy Admin Login Settings page and verify if "Automatic sign-in" mode is enabled. If it's enabled, follow the link on that page to disable it. Then click on Ready to login? Please click here.

Each time you sign in to your Admin area, make sure the "Stay signed in" option is not selected.

If the problem persists, you may want to clear your browser's cache and cookies. Please note that while deleting your cookies may resolve the problem, it will also remove your saved settings for sites you've previously visited.
