How do I email my volunteers? You wish to send an email to all the volunteers entered in your system.
Your website comes with a built-in bulk email system that allows you to easily email event registrants, volunteers, captains, sponsors, prospects, etc.
To send an email to all Volunteers, please follow these instructions:
- Go to Email -> Compose.
- Select Volunteers from the pull-down in the To: field.
- Enter your message and hit the 'Preview' button to review the message.
- Hit the 'Send' button when you are ready.
You can send a test email by entering your email in the Send Test box. The test email will be populated with information from the first Volunteer record found in the database. If all looks good, click the Send button in the bottom right to send the email to all participants.
Also, when volunteers register on your website, they will receive a welcome email. This email, called "Welcome Email Volunteer" can be customized from Email -> Templates.
