How do I order or renew my subscription? You wish to order a subscription for a new or free trial account. Or your subscription is getting ready to expire and you would like to know if you need to renew your service.
Answer
Starting in 2022, DoJiggy has removed the auto-renew feature for all subscriptions. SSL Certificates and other add-ons do not auto-renew. Please contact us in Sales if you have any question about your subscription renewal status.
Follow these steps to order or renew your service from last year, or contact your Partner/Sales representative.
- Go to the DoJiggy ordering page or the GolfReg ordering page
- Find your product and click "Add to Cart"
- Click the "View Cart" button
- Verify the products in your cart, then click "Proceed to Checkout" ***
- Enter Billing details.

- Note: Be sure to use the Zip Code/Postal Code related to your credit card billing address.

- Enter your Hostname - it is necessary to add your Hostname so that the order will associate with your account.
- Golf Pro - Your hostname is the first part of your website URL, i.e. https://hostname.dojiggy.com/. Enter only the hostname and not the website protocol.
- Pro Stores - Please enter the full URL to your Pro Store i.e. https://hostname.dojiggyengage.com/
- Select your payment preference, either Credit Card, or eCheck (available for US clients only - with an upper purchase limit of $1,000 USD).
- Check the box next to "I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions".
- Click the Process Order button.
*** If you are a returning customer you will need to login to the Customer Portal on the order page to compete the purchase. That login is NOT related to your admin dashboard. However, it is necessary to add your hostname in the purchase form. In this way, your order will associate with your account.
After a successful purchase, the Customer Portal login will be created with the same email and password just used to order the product. Here you can review the expiration date and status of your subscriptions and print your receipt.
You can reach the customer portal from the administration dashboard, Account -> (in the upper right) Billing Information.
Note: When you renew your site, all of your information from last year is stored for you. Please see the related article ' Restarting from last year's event ' for full cloning and restart instructions. Subscriptions will auto-renew in future years, unless cancelled manually. If your subscription has expired, we guarantee your data for only 30 days. However, we normally hold your data for up to 6 months. After that, your data will be purged and no longer available. Please contact us to see if your data is available.
