My registration page doesn't look right, what happened?

Synopsis
You just renewed your subscription and notice that the website looks good, except for the registration page.


Solution
As of January 2018, we have discontinued the old registration page (Event Registration & Product Sales) and your site needs to be upgraded to our new mobile-responsive format.

To fix this, simply clone the event, submit a Support Request or contact us in sales at 888 436-1999 x 2 for help.
