Should I Test My DoJiggy Payments Account?

You have configured a new DoJiggy Payments by WePay account and wish to test it before going live.

With DoJiggy Payments, you generally do not need to test your setup. We have several users on the system and testing can cause issues. Users aren't able to make payments to their own accounts with their credit card, as this can be interpreted as using the WePay system for a cash advance which is against our Terms of Service.

If it's a small test donation, it may go through, but the Trust and Safety team generally will fail most self-pays. Please use a different credit card, in someone else's name, for testing purposes.

Also, please be sure to test a transaction of $3 or more. Very small transactions will throw an App Fee error and will not process.
